In partnership with Bosley, Inc, the world's most recognized hair restoration experts, Bosley Professional Strength was created to help meet the needs of anyone who is struggling with fine, weak and/or thinning hair. Our whole reason for being is, and always has been, to help people feel better about themselves by offering customizable, comprehensive solutions to improve their quality of hair.
We are an independently-held company, which offers us a unique opportunity to identify, and then meet, the specific needs of our customers. We take great pride in our products and in the fact that our customers love them just as much as we do. The majority of our products are Paraben- free, Sulfate-free, Pthalate-free and vegan...and we were making them this way long before it was trendy to do so.
We love hairstylists, from those who work with us, to those who are behind-the-chair every day, to those who actually do our hair...we love them. Stylists are the heart and soul of our industry and they are the first line of defense for anyone who is struggling with any quality of hair issue. They are problem-solvers, confidants...and our own friends here at Bosley Pro.
We give back and we've been doing it since our very first month in business. Since 2009, we've supported The Beauty Bus Foundation, a Los Angeles-based non-profit organization that provides in-home beauty services to homebound individuals and one of their caregivers. The "bus" is a unique organization that, like us, understand the healing power of connection through beauty and touch.

Title: Business Development Manager
What does your role for Bosley Professional Strength entail? As Business Development Manager, I am able to touch and grow every aspect of the sales process. Whether mentoring and coaching Sales forces, creating content for educator growth, or supporting the Director of Sales with specific initiatives nationally; it all adds up to expansion of Bosley Pro. We want the consumer to think of us first when they want to save the life of a hair!
What is your experience/education/industry background (i.e., company, title, responsibilities, any certifications, etc.)? I worked for West Coast Beauty supply as the Southwestern Regional Manager and continued to do so as it was being acquired by BSG. I have enjoyed supporting national accounts while creating expansions of all the major brands in many well-known groups of salons/stores.
How long have you been working in the industry? Half my life! It’s the best industry to be in!
What makes you excited about working with Bosley Professional Strength? I love the partnership a small company can provide. We are very responsive, entrepreneurial, and innovative because we have the ability to turn on a dime to create content specific for the customer. This gives us the ability to be quick and fast with client accommodations eliminating red tape. Because of this type of support we win clients over quickly because we are involved in the process from the beginning.
What are some of the things that make you unique in this field, or specialties/your areas of expertise? Being a licensed cosmetologist, I have had the pleasure of listening to people for years. I finished my Psychology degree at Biola University in 2011, so now my listening means a better understanding of people in general. Hearing what people aren’t saying sometimes is the best part!
What are you most passionate about professionally? To leave things better than they were prior to my arrival. To change the paradigm of Bosley Pro’s ‘thinning category’ into a ‘hair density preservation’ category. To reach all of the people who think that nothing works, to show them Bosley Pro is the exception to that rule, while giving confidence and security back to those experiencing hair density concerns.
What are some stand-out skills that you continue to bring to your job? Having the patience to turn an unhappy customer who has had a bad experience with hair care products into our biggest fans!
What’s your biggest accomplishment? Being a single mom.
What problems do you solve for the Bosley Professional Strength client? Specifically, I am able to correct the misconception that you have to use chemicals and medications when increasing hair density. It’s very refreshing to be able to show results with a botanically based product line. I trust our formulations because I receive consistent testimonies about results on a daily basis. Spreading the Good News keeps me energized and excited about what is to come for Bosley Pro!
