Bosley® Professional Strength™ is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Blaisure as its first Director of Education. In her new role, Blaisure is responsible for the development of the company's educational programs and the creation of a nationwide team of expert educators. Additionally, she will oversee the company's Salon Affiliate Program, in partnership with Bosley, Inc. Blaisure is creating a comprehensive educational format for the Bosley® Professional Strength™ in-field educators, which includes a product knowledge course and a full affiliate certification that focuses on hair-scalp biology and takes a more in-depth look at hair loss and its treatment. In addition, Blaisure has spearheaded the company's use of the internet as an educational tool through the creation of Webinar classes, which allow the company to reach all Bosley® Professional Strength™ salons.

"We're very excited to have Michelle as part of our team. She is a passionate stylist and educator who brings with her a wealth of experience educating stylists about thinning hair and hair loss prevention" said Bosley® Professional Strength™ President Eric McLemore.

Prior to working at Bosley® Professional Strength™, Blaisure spent 15 years at Nioxin, where she started as a contract educator, eventually working her way up the ranks to become a Corporate Trainer, responsible for educational curriculum, presentations and events. Before Nioxin, Blaisure was herself a hair stylist, and she credits much of her success to the lessons she learned while behind-the-chair. "To this day," says Blaisure,"I'm still a hairdresser at heart."
