Launching in September of 2009 to distributors nationwide, the revolutionary hair care line and stylist partnership opportunities are a direct result of McLemore's desire to restore confidence to men and women who struggle with fine and thinning hair and hair loss. Domestic distributors have signaled a strong need for the product, as McLemore's group has written over $2M in orders even before the company's official launch month.
Prior to forming Bosley Professional Strength, McLemore served as Vice President of Domestic Sales at Sexy Hair, where he directed sales channel development and brand awareness improvement within a highly saturated and competitive market, while managing a $39M domestic sales market. Prior to Sexy Hair, McLemore held various sales distribution positions with Maly's West and 21st Century and was an integral part of the launch of the Nioxin line of hair care products, serving as both the company's Regional Sales Manager and Regional Education Manager. Before moving into the manufacturing and distribution side of the professional beauty industry, McLemore worked as an in-salon stylist.
